Our partner is part of an international company operating in the retail industry. To strengthen their Sales Support team, they are looking for a German-speaking Sales Support Specialist to assist both Account Managers and customers throughout their projects.

Description

What will you do?

* You will work closely with our distributor network & managing projects. * You will advise customers on the best solutions. * Throughout each project, you will build and maintain strong commercial relationships with your customers. * You will manage the entire order process, from design and quotation through to production, delivery, and after-sales follow-up. * You will communicate daily with customers and suppliers to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. * You will handle customer complaints professionally by investigating issues and implementing appropriate solutions, working closely with the Account Manager when needed. * You will monitor backorders and process product returns accurately and efficiently. * You will ensure accurate invoicing, prepare credit notes, and follow up on outstanding payments.
