Our client is looking for a Sales Support Specialist responsible for the complete order-to-cash process within the Russian/CIS market. You will act as a key liaison between customers, sales teams and internal departments while supporting business growth.

Description

* Manage the full order-to-cash process: order entry, follow-up, shipping, invoicing, and aftersales
* Optimise container and transport planning
* Support Account Managers in your region
* Handle product and pricing management (proposing alternatives, pricing, discounts, price lists)
* Act as the main point of contact for distributors
* Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, production, sales, marketing)
* Align closely with production to ensure smooth supply chain planning
* Maintain daily customer contact with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and CRM updates
