Overview

We are seeking a confident and motivated Sales Outreach Specialist to generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and prospect outreach. This role requires someone who is comfortable speaking with decision-makers, building relationships, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients

• Introduce the company's services and generate interest

• Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities

• Schedule discovery calls or appointments for the sales team

• Handle objections professionally and confidently

• Follow up with prospects through phone and email

• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients

• Meet daily and weekly outreach and appointment goals

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in sales outreach, cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment setting

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Professional and confident phone presence

• Comfortable speaking with business owners, executives, and decision-makers

• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills

• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Experience using CRM software is preferred
