SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

About this role

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote jewellery products.

• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers and business partners.

• Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations, quotations, and purchases.

• Promote jewellery products through retail, events, social media, and other marketing channels.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and follow up on sales opportunities.

• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and events.

• Prepare sales reports and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements

• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, retail, or jewellery industry preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Customer-oriented, proactive, and target-driven.

• Good presentation and relationship-building skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
