Sales Manager China

About this role

At Novakid, we are on a mission to build the world’s best online education platform for children. With over 100,000 students and 3,500 teachers, Novakid is already one of the most popular language learning platforms for children aged 4–12 across Asia and Europe. We are an advanced IT company of 450+ professionals.
We are looking for a sales manager with knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) at the advanced / bi-lingual level.
Duties:

• Sell online English courses to our clients via phone and chats

•
Promptly respond to inquiries from existing Chinese clients and provide customer service support as needed.

Requirements
Knowledge of English (at least B2, C1+ is better);

• Knowledge of Chinese - Advanced (at least C1/C2);

- Experience of working in a language school welcome;
- Experience of working in sales

• Experienced PC user;

• Ability to work with a lot of information;

• Responsibility and care;

• Multi-tasking.

• Prior experience using Intercom and Corporate WeChat is a strong plus.
