Elwood provides market infrastructure at scale, enabling financial institutions, neobanks, and corporations to access digital asset markets quickly and efficiently.</p> <p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <p>Elwood is offering the chance to join our global sales team, based in London for a fixed period of 8 weeks over the Summer. This is a hands-on outbound sales internship. You will work directly with senior sales leadership and see first hand how a fintech company grows and sells software to institutional clients.</p> <p>If you are interested in a career in fintech or technology sales, tradfi sales or account management, or want to learn about digital assets, this is a rare chance to gain real commercial experience whilst completing your studies.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Learn Elwood's ideal client profile and how we identify and prioritise target accounts</li> <li>Work with senior leadership on outreach, meeting booking, demo support and deal follow up</li> <li>Research prospects and build target lists using LinkedIn, AI tools and market data</li> <li>Support the sales team across the full client journey, from first touch to onboarding</li> <li>Work alongside Marketing on campaigns and outbound messaging</li> <li>Learn Elwood's product and go-to-market methodology</li> <li>Run a specific assigned project with real commercial output</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing and Product</li> </ul> <p><strong> Knowledge and skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills</li> <li>Confident communicator, both written and verbal</li> <li>Effective listener with strong interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload</li> <li>Strong IT skills including GSuite</li> <li>AI/Claude, LinkedIn and growth hacking skills a plus, but can be taught</li> <li>Positive, professional and hungry to learn</li> </ul> <p><strong>Eligibility:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Current Undergraduate or Graduate in Economics/Business or Finance based subject with an interest in client facing roles </li> <li>A real passion for financial technology, TradFi and/or Cryptocurrencies</li> <li>A creative thinker and problem solver</li> <li>Must be able to legally live and work in the UK without visa support or sponsorship (student visas or visas obtained on your own are not applicable for the program)</li> <li>Available Summer 2026</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Why Elwood?  </strong></p> <ul> <li>Join one of the fastest growing FinTech companies and help shape the future of finance</li> <li>A startup with deep financial backing and a strong market presence</li> <li>Our platform is enabling institutional access to the most exciting growth opportunity in Finance</li> <li>Work with a modern technology stack and help solve high impact problems</li> <li>Strong client focused team with a diverse background  </li> <li>We’re a Global company and have offices in London</li> </ul>
