About the Role
Step into a dynamic role that combines sales, events and people engagement at Altius Organisation. You’ll represent leading brands at live activations, connect with customers face-to-face and contribute to successful campaigns both on and off the ground.

What You’ll Do
- Engage visitors at events and turn conversations into sales opportunities
- Represent brands professionally at roadshows, activations and campaigns
- Assist with event setup, execution and pack-down
- Work towards weekly sales and performance goals
- Track and share campaign results with the team
- Support teammates and help onboard new team members

What We’re Looking For
- Confident, resilient and motivated to grow
- Strong communication and people skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and occasional irregular hours
- Open to travelling for team activities and business opportunities
- No prior sales experience required — structured training is provided
