As a Pre-sales Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be a key technical resource for our sales teams, helping to bridge the gap between complex cybersecurity solutions and customer needs. You will work closely with sales teams, product teams, and customers throughout the entire sales cycle— from initial engagement through proof of concept (PoC), to post-sales success. Your expertise will guide the sales process by providing in-depth technical knowledge, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring the solutions we propose meet their unique security needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Customer Presentations & Demonstrations: Create and deliver technical presentations and product demos to customers, highlighting how our solutions address their cybersecurity challenges.

• Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead and execute PoC activities, guiding customers through setup, configuration, and testing to demonstrate the value of our solutions.

• Sales Support: Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during the sales cycle. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify sales opportunities.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and manage strong technical relationships with customers, ensuring smooth handoffs to the Customer Success Team post-sale and continued technical support throughout the customer journey.
