What Impact You Can Make as a Sales Enablement Manager
The Sales Enablement Manager at AtriCure will be responsible for delivering sales enablement initiatives that improve commercial effectiveness through collaborative partnerships, aligned strategies, launch support, talent development, and training experiences. You will be responsible for contributing to the development of our sales enablement strategy, selecting tools and creating processes to deliver on that strategy, and ultimately increasing the effectiveness of our US Cardiac and Hybrid sales franchises.
Enablement Execution
• Execute sales enablement initiatives that support commercial priorities and improve field effectiveness.
• Build, implement, and maintain sales readiness programs, learning paths, and onboarding materials to accelerate the delivery of clinical messaging in a real world environment.
• Administer and optimize sales enablement platforms (e.g., Showpad, Allego, Seismic), including content organization, user adoption, permissions, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure enablement resources are accurate, current, and aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Education, and HR Teams.
Content and Training:
• Create and maintain sales collateral, messaging guides, talk tracks, competitive intelligence, case studies, FAQs, talk tracks, product resources, and custom work.
• Develop and deliver training materials and learning modules that support product launches, sales campaigns, and ongoing development.
• Upload, organize, and govern content within enablement platforms to ensure sellers can quickly access the right materials at the point of need.
• Facilitate training to sales teams on effective use of enablement content and sales readiness technologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Product Management, Education, and HR to gather requirements and execute enablement deliverables.
• Collect feedback from field teams and stakeholders to continuously improve content, training, and platform experience. Create sales force intelligence teams to gather intel.
• Support managers and sales leaders by providing tools and resources that reinforce coaching and seller development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability, empowering teams to embrace personal development to raise the standard of excellence for our field sales employees.

Operations and Continuous Improvement
• Maintain the sales enablement content repository and ensure content accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of enablement programs and their impact on business outcomes.
• Gather and analyze feedback and performance data to refine programs and recommend enhancements.
• Respond to ad hoc requests for sales content, presentations, and enablement support while managing priorities effectively.
