SumUp's SDR function is powering growth across Europe — and our Barcelona office is where a lot of the action is. We're looking for a Team Lead who's ready to step up, own it, and build something real. You'll lead a multilingual team of SDRs generating pipeline across multiple European markets, coaching them daily and creating the kind of team culture where people actually want to show up and perform. What you'll do

•
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Lead and coach a team of SDRs in Barcelona — drive performance across outbound activity, qualified appointments, and pipeline contribution across European markets

☀️ Run daily rituals that actually matter — standups, call reviews, 1:1s — keeping the team sharp and motivated

•
📊 Track KPIs like a hawk — spot performance gaps early and act fast with the right support

•
🤝 Partner with Sales Managers, RevOps, and the Outbound Growth Lead to sharpen lead quality, targeting, and sequencing

•
🚀 Onboard new SDRs and ramp them fast — build the habits that turn new hires into top performers

•
📝 Help build and improve outbound playbooks, cadences, and messaging — iterate quickly on what works

•
🌱 Develop your team's careers — identify high performers and create real pathways into full-cycle sales roles

•
📢 Report on team performance to senior leadership with clarity — trends, blockers, opportunities

You'll be great for this role if…

You've been a top-performing SDR or inside sales rep and you're ready to bring others up with you

•
You've already built or managed a team before — you know what it takes and you're not starting from zero

•
You know what great outbound looks like — from prospecting and sequencing to objection handling — and you can teach it

•
You're a hands-on, energetic leader who brings the heat even on tough days

•
You're analytical and decisive — you use data to diagnose issues and make clear calls

•
You communicate with clarity whether you're coaching a rep live or briefing senior stakeholders

•
You thrive in evolving environments where your initiative actually shapes how things get built

•
You're fluent in English; additional European languages (Spanish, French, Italian, or German) are a strong plus
