About this role
The Role We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth through focused, high-volume outbound communications across all channels. You'll identify and research promising accounts, make first contact, spark interest, qualify for intent, fit and budget, and hand off warm introductions to the sales team to close.
It's an early-career role, but not a mindless one. You’ll be equipped with the tools and have the support of an intimate team who will provide mentorship and guidance. There’s a lot of room to develop only limited by your ambition and drive.
The priority of this role is to cast a wide net and quickly qualify leads. We're looking for someone relentless, thoughtful and persistent in equal measure. You don't need to be a subject-matter expert, but we expect you to understand product development where you can understand client needs and . Other qualities we are looking for is someone who can and be enterprising enough to quickly learn about a lead, find the wedge, and surface a real opportunity. Run first-touch qualification calls to gauge fit, timing, and intent before anything moves forward
Be resourceful in researching accounts fast to find the wedge and open a relevant, personalized first conversation
Hold intro calls to quickly qualify leads and hand them off warm to the sales team to close
Follow up persistently across multi-touch sequences, keeping prospects moving until you get a clear yes or no
Keep our CRM accurate and organized so every opportunity and next step stays clear
Feed back what lands and what doesn't with our sales and marketing leads so we keep sharpening the outbound playbook together
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of sales or lead-generation experience or a strong first sales role and the hustle to grow fast
Be familiar with the fundamentals behind product design and development
Strong written and verbal communication over phone and email
Humble and coachable: you take feedback and run with it
Comfortable working in a fast-moving remote environment
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience running structured outbound against a defined ideal client profile
Hands-on experience researching leads with sales tools (e.g. Clay, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator)
Familiarity with software development, UX, or product strategy processes
