You will have the satisfaction of helping the team closing deals within weeks and in manifesting Alma as a European player.</span></p> <p><strong>This position is a CDI based in Paris.</strong></p> <h3><strong>💼 About the job</strong></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Reporting to the Head of Sales SMB, your main responsibilities are:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Develop Alma's sales activity</strong> using the tools available (telephone/email/social networks, Sales navigator...) and closely work with the Growth team to actively prospect on a defined block of verticals with merchants having an annual turnover of less than €10M€</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Generate lists of prospects in collaboration with the Growth and Marketing teams</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Implement a prospecting strategy</strong> and actively follow-up targets in order to qualify their needs and identify potential projects</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Obtaining <strong>qualified appointments</strong> for your Account Executives</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Track and monitor</strong> your activity and find the best methods to improve the prospecting process.</span></li> </ul> <h3><strong>🧰 You will work with</strong></h3> <p><strong>Tools </strong><em>: Salesforces, Gong, Dust...</em></p> <h3><strong>🧩 About you</strong></h3> <p><strong>To succeed in this job</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Experience: </strong>1-2 years of experience in a similar role <em>(internships and apprenticeships included)</em>.
