Sales Development Representative (English-speaking)

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-ownership SDR role at a fast-growing AI-powered business communication startup, where you'll own the entire English-speaking top-of-funnel — from first contact through to qualified demo handoff. You'll work closely with Account Executives to accelerate revenue growth, with a clear path to AE for top performers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing on a daily basis.

- Run multi-channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

- Build and iterate on outreach sequences by forming hypotheses, testing, measuring, and refining.

- Coordinate smooth demo handoffs to Account Executives.

- Onboard new customers and support initial product adoption.

- Help shape and improve SDR processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Native or C2-level English proficiency — this is a firm requirement.

- 1+ years of experience in outbound or telesales, ideally in B2B SaaS.

- Proven ability to qualify leads and manage end-to-end top-of-funnel activities.

- Experience building and optimising multi-channel outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn).

- Familiarity with A/B testing and iterating on outreach to improve qualified demo conversion.

- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).

- Naturally competitive and motivated by performance-based, uncapped commission.

- Willingness to temporarily relocate to Vienna, Austria for approximately 1–2 months to immerse in company culture.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: $50,000 – $75,000 USD annually, plus uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in Vienna, Austria. Candidates based elsewhere are welcome, with a required temporary relocation to Vienna (approximately 1–2 months) at the start of the role.
