Sales & Business Development Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and other industry partners.
- Promote acoustic and building material products to potential clients.
- Identify and follow up on commercial fit-out, office, government, and education projects.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and product proposals.
- Follow up on projects from enquiry and quotation to order, delivery, and installation.
- Coordinate with internal Design, CAD, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
- Maintain sales pipeline and develop new leads through networking and industry events.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–4 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience, preferably in building materials, interior fit-out, architectural finishes, or related industries.
- Existing network with interior designers, architects, or contractors will be an advantage.
- Able to understand basic architectural drawings and project requirements.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
