We’re a 40+ year estate planning company with an established call center team. You’ll call warm, interested leads and book appointments for our field representatives. No cold calling.

What you’ll do
Call warm, pre-qualified leads interested in estate planning
Schedule appointments using a proven script
Bring a friendly, professional phone presence
Keep accurate notes in our system
Requirements
What we’re looking for
1+ year of phone-based, call center, or customer service experience
Experience with direct appointment-setting or sales-closing
Comfortable on the phone; can follow a script, build rapport, and handle warm leads professionally
Eligible to work in the United States
Able to work on-site
