If you’re great on the phone and want a steady schedule with real earning potential, this role is for you. We’re a 40+ year estate planning company with an established call center team. You’ll call warm, interested leads and book appointments for our field representatives. No cold calling. Build your career and earn more over time. What you’ll do Call warm, pre-qualified leads interested in estate planning Schedule appointments using a proven script Bring a friendly, professional phone presence Keep accurate notes in our system Requirements What we’re looking for 1+ year of phone-based, call center, or customer service experience Experience with direct appointment-setting or sales-closing Comfortable on the phone; can follow a script, build rapport, and handle warm leads professionally Eligible to work in the United States Able to work on-site Benefits What we offer $15/hour + weekly performance bonuses (paid weekly) Set schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–2:30 PM (no evenings, no weekends) Warm leads only — no cold calling Paid training and ongoing coaching A structured path to full-time for high performers who want to grow
