Risk & Payment Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Risk & Payment Specialist who will help ensure secure payment operations, identify fraudulent activity, and support a safe and reliable player experience across our products.

Requirements

• 3+ months of experience in Risk, Payments, Fraud Prevention, KYC, Compliance, Customer Support, or a related field.

• Experience with document verification and payment processing.

• Previous experience in the iGaming industry will be considered a strong advantage.

• Experience working with SoftSwiss products is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify suspicious patterns.

• Analytical mindset and confidence in making decisions based on available information.

• High level of responsibility, accuracy, and perseverance.

• Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data and cases.

• English level — Pre-Intermediate (A2+) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze suspicious customer activity and potentially fraudulent behavior.

• Review payment transactions and identify payment-related risks and anomalies.

• Investigate fraud cases, Terms & Conditions violations, and unusual user activity patterns.

• Verify customer documents and perform KYC checks in accordance with internal procedures.

• Analyze large winnings, withdrawals, and payment activities to identify potentially risky behavior.

• Collaborate with Payments, Support, Retention, and other internal teams to strengthen fraud prevention processes.

• Escalate high-risk cases and provide recommendations for further actions.

• Maintain accurate reports and documentation related to risk management and payment operations.

• Support the continuous improvement of internal payment and risk control processes.
