For their European entity based in Brussels, they are currently looking for a **Risk Associate.**

Jobomschrijving

* Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the **risk management framework (second line of defence)**
* Monitor and assess **operational (non-financial) risks** in line with the company's risk appetite
* Actively contribute to **RCSA processes** and **risk reporting**
* Partner with business stakeholders to **identify, assess and manage risks**, providing constructive challenge
* Ensure **policies and risk frameworks** are properly implemented across EEA branches
* Take ownership of **risk domains**, including monitoring and oversight
* Support the preparation of **risk reports for senior management and the CRO**
* Contribute to the **annual risk plan**
* Promote a strong **risk culture** across the organisation
* Collaborate with **Risk, Compliance, Audit and Business teams**
* Provide ad hoc support to the **CRO and Operational Risk Manager**
