About this role

We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

Every return is a moment where we either rebuild a customer's trust or lose it — and this role owns that moment end to end. As our Returns Specialist, you'll run the Pick-Up Request process that turns a customer return into a tracked, resolved, accurately recorded transaction across SAP, NetSuite, and Salesforce. You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Logistics, and our contract manufacturer's operations in Newark, working daily with carriers and vendors to keep returns moving and the data behind them clean.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the Pick-Up Request process end to end, keeping customer return requests moving accurately and on schedule.

• Keep return data in sync across SAP, NetSuite, and Salesforce so operations, reporting, and inventory all tell the same story.

• Resolve return issues — incorrect shipments, missing parts, customer questions — acting as the point person between logistics partners, carriers, and internal teams.

• Turn return trend and root-cause data into concrete process improvements that cut cycle time and reduce errors.

• Maintain inventory accuracy across systems of record while keeping return handling compliant with company policy and shipping regulations.

• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, HQ office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in reverse logistics, order administration, or sales operations, with working fluency in ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, or Salesforce.

• The organizational range to manage multiple return workflows at once in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities as things shift.

• Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving instincts, with good judgment about when to resolve an issue directly versus escalate it.

• Clear, professional communication for coordinating across internal teams, carriers, and external vendors.
