Why this role exists:

We're scaling fast and our GTM systems, data, and process haven't caught up. There is no RevOps function today, so this isn't a support seat. This person will define what RevOps looks like here: setting priorities, building the function, and creating the systems and process from scratch, not just executing against someone else's plan.

What You Will Own:

CRM & data: Clean up and structure our CRM (Salesforce), fix broken data hygiene, get pipeline and deal data trustworthy

Reporting & forecasting: Build dashboards and forecasting so leadership has real visibility into pipeline, conversion, and revenue trends

Sales process: Define and document our sales process, deal stages, and handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success

Systems & tools: Own our GTM tech stack, evaluate and implement new tools as needed
