We are looking for a full-time Manager, Retirement & Pension Plan who oversees retirement plan administration, vendor partnerships, compliance activities, and employee support. This role serves as a key liaison between Benefits, Payroll, Finance, HR, Legal, and external providers to ensure accurate plan execution and a positive employee experience.

LOCATION: Remote U.S.

TRAVEL: 25%

Experience supporting retirement and pension programs across the U.S., Canada, U.K., and Ireland, including global plan harmonization and integration initiatives, is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

Manage daily administration of retirement and pension programs.

Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective plan operations.

Support compliance requirements, audits, and plan documentation.

Review retirement eligibility, contribution, and deduction data.

Resolve employee and HR inquiries related to retirement benefits.

Drive process improvements and program enhancements.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree required.

4-6 years of retirement plan administration or benefits experience.

Knowledge of retirement plan compliance and vendor management.

Professional certifications such as CEBS, RMA, CRPP, or CPFA are preferred.
