Whether you’re recommending new items, handling purchases at the register, or chatting with a first-time shopper, you’ll be building trust and showcasing what makes Curaleaf special. If you’re passionate about cannabis, love working with people, and enjoy a fast-paced retail environment, this is the place for you.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Customer Experience & Teamwork</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Greet and assist all guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build strong and genuine connections with customers, ask thoughtful questions, and offer personalized product advice.</p> </li> <li> <p>Address concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.</p> </li> <li> <p>Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work closely with your team to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and upbeat atmosphere.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Operations & Store Standards</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Help open and close the store, handle cash, and follow all procedures and regulations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Check IDs, update customer profiles, and process transactions accurately.</p> </li> <li> <p>Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked, from the sales floor to the backroom.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support inventory tasks like restocking, fulfilling online orders, and counting products.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Sales & Performance</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Consistently meet (and beat!) daily sales goals by upselling, building trust, and using your product knowledge.</p> </li> <li> <p>Highlight deals and complementary items at checkout to boost customer satisfaction.</p> </li> <li> <p>Stay on top of promotions and product updates to give customers a seamless experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Stay agile and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Take on extra duties as needed to support the team and store success.</p> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>A high school diploma or GED.</p> </li> <li> <p>At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role, with a strong focus on service and satisfaction.</p> </li> <li> <p>A minimum of 6 months of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately.</p> </li> <li> <p>The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and team members alike.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong multitasking abilities and the agility to shift priorities as needed.</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools to support daily operations and customer engagement.</p> </li> <li> <p>Solid time management and organizational skills to stay on top of tasks and…
