Jobomschrijving

The Retail Manager will have the following responsibilities :

* **Full steering of the store network** to ensure commercial performance and achievement of targets.
* In-depth **P&L** management, including profitability, margins, payroll costs, productivity, and operational expenses.
* Monitoring of key KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, average basket, sales index, units per transaction, perfect basket, and market share.
* **Daily field presence** with regular store visits, on-the-ground support, and team development.
* Recruitment activities, conducting individual interviews, regular check-ins, and upskilling of teams.
* Guaranteeing operational excellence, including safety standards, processes, shrink management, and execution of the retail commercial calendar.
* **Analysis of brand performance**, administrative management, and **reporting** workflows.
