As our Construction Scheduler, you'll be the person project managers, superintendents, and field crews turn to for knowing what's happening this week, what's coming next, and where the schedule needs a little extra attention to stay on track. What You'll Do Build and maintain detailed project schedules for residential construction projects using scheduling software Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and field crews to gather accurate updates and keep schedules current Watch project progress against baseline schedules and flag variances, delays, or risks before they become problems Communicate schedule changes and milestone updates clearly to everyone who needs to know Keep historical scheduling data organized to support future planning and estimating Requirements
