Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Search Engine Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B clients. You will strategize budgets, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, and guide creative testing and attribution frameworks. You will own the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps, report on ROAS and CPA, and act as the strategic voice in client calls, delivering clear narratives on performance and pipeline growth. J-18808-Ljbffr
