You will audit, reconcile, and streamline data and processes across CRM platforms, ensuring governance and scalable operation. You will work on defining clear operational prompts, documenting decisions, and assessing how CRM changes affect billing, CPQ, ticketing, and related tools. Strong English communication is essential.
