How your day-to-day in this role will look: Specialist training for the product/service You will: Provide technical support for customers, including troubleshooting issues, guiding users on product functionality, and coordinating repair or replacement processes • Deliver customer support and accurate documentation while following compliance and support procedures. Requirements What do you need to be successful at this job? Language Maestro: Fluent in Dutch, B2 English Tech Savvy: Curious about the latest tech Customer Charmer: Experience is a bonus Communication Virtuoso Empathy Expert Benefits Salary: €1,687.27/month (gross) Payment Frequency: Monthly Performance Bonus: up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months, based on KPIs Meal Allowance - €80-100 based on the number of days worked in the month Health Insurance through Generali Multisport and/or Coolfit cards Learning Platform
