We are partnering with a California school district to hire a dedicated Part-Time Virtual Physical Therapist for the upcoming school year. This fully remote position allows you to provide high-quality physical therapy services from the comfort of your home while helping students reach their mobility and functional goals. As a member of the special education team, you will collaborate virtually with educators, families, and related service providers to ensure students receive individualized support that promotes access to their educational environment. Using secure teletherapy platforms, you will conduct virtual evaluations, deliver therapy sessions, monitor student progress, and contribute to the IEP process.If you're passionate about expanding access to therapy through innovative service delivery, this is an excellent opportunity to combine flexibility with rewarding, student-centered work.Additional Details:

• Deliver virtual physical therapy services to students through a secure teletherapy platform.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess students' physical and functional needs.

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans that align with each student's IEP goals.

• Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.

• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and provide recommendations to support student outcomes.

• Track student performance, adjust treatment strategies as needed, and document progress accurately.

• Prepare and maintain timely therapy notes, progress reports, and required compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and technology skills.

• Hold an active California Physical Therapist license or be eligible to obtain licensure.

• Ability to provide remote services while meeting all California state and school district requirements.

• Previous experience in school-based practice or teletherapy is preferred but not required.Passionate about helping students enhance mobility, independence, and participation in the educational environment.
