About this role
Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager for Urgent Care accounts. You will own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, bid strategies and reporting, and guide client discussions on roadmaps and performance narratives. You bring 3 years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of improving ROAS/CPA, agency multi-client experience, and clear English for US calls.
