In this role, you will assist clients with researching and coordinating hotel and resort accommodations that align with their travel preferences, budgets, and needs. You will help organize travel details, prepare quotes, and ensure reservations are handled accurately and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, organization, and helping others create memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and recommend hotel and resort accommodations based on client preferences
Prepare and organize quotes, proposals, and accommodation options
Communicate with clients to gather travel details and answer general inquiries
Coordinate with hotel and resort partners to confirm reservations and special requests
Maintain accurate client records, booking information, and travel documentation
Provide timely and professional customer support throughout the planning process
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through attention to detail and follow-up
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Previous customer service, hospitality, administrative, or travel-related experience is a plus but not required
