About this role
Coinbase is hiring a Principal Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle recruiting across Core, G&A, Customer Experience, EAA, IT and potentially product groups. You will partner with senior leaders to map talent, build pipelines, and drive improvements that scale the recruiting function. This is a remote-first role with quarterly in-person surges. You will own end-to-end recruiting for senior searches, leverage data to improve velocity, and pilot new processes to expand our global reach. J-18808-Ljbffr
