How your day-to-day in this role will look: Specialist training for the product/service You will: Job Responsibilities Provide technical support for customers using MiniMed™ diabetes devices, including troubleshooting device issues, guiding users on product functionality, and coordinating repair or replacement processes when needed. Deliver customer support and accurate documentation while following compliance and support procedures.

Requirements What do you need to be successful at this job? Language Maestro: Fluent in Polish, B2 in English Tech Savvy: Curious about the latest tech Customer Charmer: Experience is a bonus Communication Virtuoso Empathy Expert Benefits Salary & Benefits Salary: €1,329/month (gross) Payment Frequency: Monthly Variable Compensation Performance Bonus: up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months, based on KPI Signing Bonus: €2000 paid in 12 installments (500+300+300+100 x remaining 9 months) Payment Structure: Paid with salary at the end of the month Benefits • Meal Allowance - €80-100 based on the number of days worked in the month • Health Insurance through Generali • Multisport and/or Coolfit cards • Learning Platform
