Remote Customer Operations Coordinator (SAP Implementation )

About this role

Customer Operations Coordinator for a fast-growing beauty and personal care brand that's moving from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to SAP S/4HANA. You'll support the customer operations side of the project, from process documentation and data validation through testing, go-live and post-launch support.
What you'll do:

• Document current order-to-cash processes and help review the new SAP workflows

• Take part in SAP design workshops and capture requirements, questions and action items

• Write and run test scripts (system integration, user acceptance and regression testing) for sales orders, pricing, fulfillment, invoicing, returns, credits and EDI

• Log and track defects through to resolution and retesting

• Validate migrated data: customer records, ship-to locations, pricing, payment terms and EDI settings

• Test EDI and 3PL/warehouse integrations (850, 855, 856, 810, 846)

• Document requirements for major retailers: Walmart, Target, Ulta, Walgreens, CVS and Amazon

• Support cutover, go-live and early post-launch support; build SOPs, training materials and job aids

Required:

• 2–4 years in customer operations, order management, supply chain or ERP support

• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash: orders, customer master data, pricing, fulfillment, invoicing

• Intermediate to advanced Excel

• Strong documentation, follow-up and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• SAP S/4HANA or SAP SD (order-to-cash) experience, or experience supporting an SAP implementation

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which is highly desirable

• Testing experience: test scripts, user acceptance testing, defect tracking

• EDI and 3PL/warehouse system experience

• CPG, beauty or personal care, or retail experience with big-box retailer compliance
