You bring<strong> 8+ Years</strong> of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. </p> <p>You will thrive in this role if you are: </p> <ul> <li>A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo </li> <li>A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing </li> <li>Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data </li> <li>Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) </li> </ul> <p><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and manage the enterprise release calendar for all Oracle Retail and mobile applications.</li> <li>Plan, coordinate, and execute releases across Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Support, and Business teams.</li> <li>Oversee build, packaging, and deployment activities for Xstore, SIOCS, RDS, Retail Home, mobile apps, and analytics components.</li> <li>Perform release readiness checks and lead Go/No-Go discussions.</li> <li>Identify release risks, manage issues, and ensure environment readiness.</li> <li>Ensure all QA gates—SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing—are completed before release.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with governance, change management, and audit requirements.</li> <li>Monitor post-release stability and conduct release retrospectives.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Must have qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong experience managing releases for Oracle Xstore POS.</li> <li>Exposure to release processes for SIOCS, RDS, Oracle Retail Home, and analytics.</li> <li>Experience in mobile app release management (iOS/Android, App Store/MDM).</li> <li>Understanding of Oracle Retail integrations, APIs, and store operations.</li> <li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab) and Git branching methodologies.</li> <li>Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management capability.</li> <li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.</li> <li>8 years of IT experience, with solid exposure to retail technology and release management</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong><strong>If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
