About this role

We are a global technology group built for what's next, offering high-calibre professionals the platform for high-stakes work — the kind of work that defines an entire career. When you join us, you're not just taking on projects — you're solving problems that don't even have answers yet.
You will join an exclusive roster of talent that global leaders, including Google, Snap, Diageo, PayPal, and Jaguar Land Rover, call when deadlines seem impossible, when others have already tried and failed, and when the solution absolutely has to work.
Forget routine consultancy. You will operate where technology, design, and human behaviour meet to deliver tangible outcomes, fast. This is work that leaves a mark — work you'll be proud to tell your friends about.
We are looking for a Regional People Partner, an experienced senior People professional with deep knowledge of Philippine employment law, a track record of post-acquisition integration, and the commercial acumen to operate as a true strategic partner.
We look for people who embody:

• Innovation to solve the hardest problems.

• Accountability for every result.

• Integrity always.

About the Role
This is a senior, strategic People Partnering role with genuine regional authority. You will lead the People Partner function across the Philippines, setting the strategy, influencing the Executive team, and delivering tangible outcomes at pace.
This role is designed for impact, and we believe our best work happens when we connect. While we operate a flexible model, we expect you to spend four (4) days on site at our Delivery Centre for collaboration and leadership engagement.
What Success Looks Like

• Lead and define the People Partnering strategy for the Philippines region, setting clear priorities, success measures, and ways of working that ensure the team delivers high-impact, business-aligned outcomes across all applicable functions.

• Act as a strategic adviser to senior leadership and the Executive team, influencing decisions with commercial, data-led insight and translating people priorities into actionable business strategies.

• Represent the People function in business planning and decision-making, ensuring that people implications are understood, managed, and actively used to achieve organizational goals.

• Ensure the People Partnering team operates with pace and accountability, setting its own priorities, anticipating business needs, and pivoting in response to change.

• Drive the operational set-up of our Delivery Centre in the Philippines, navigating local labour unions and ensuring all hiring practices align with Philippine labour law.

• Manage the strategic rollout and compliance of the Graduate Academy in the Philippines, ensuring compliance for trainees and coordinating with local educational and state bodies.

• Execute high-impact, ad-hoc hiring across the Philippines, balancing the pace of growth with the nuances of local jurisdictional requirements.

• Work closely with the Philippines' Delivery Centre Director, Delivery Operations, and the talent acquisition team to understand and respond to recruitment requirements.

• Shape and oversee organizational design and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring structures, roles, and capability align with strategic growth plans.

• Lead performance, engagement, and leadership development program, ensuring they drive measurable improvements in effectiveness, retention, and culture alignment.

• Oversee complex employee relations and change management activities, ensuring fair, commercially sound, and risk-aware outcomes that protect both people and business interests.

• Champion and embed Beyond's values across every stage of the employee lifecycle, ensuring our culture is consistently reflected in how we attract, engage, and develop our people.

• Collaborate with regional People Partners across other geographies, contributing the Philippines' insight into global initiatives, sharing best practice, and where relevant taking ownership of cross-regional work streams.

• Use people analytics and data-driven insights to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and influence leadership thinking on workforce health, performance, and future capability.
Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR / People Partnering experience, including at least 4–5 years in a senior, business-facing leadership role with direct accountability to an Executive or senior leadership team.

• Proven experience leading or scaling a People/HR function within a shared services, or delivery/operations centre environment in the Philippines.

• Demonstrated success operating as a strategic HR business partner to C-suite or senior executive stakeholders, translating commercial priorities into people strategy.

• Direct experience standing up or scaling a new site or delivery centre, including workforce planning, facilities-linked hiring ramp-up, and regulatory set-up.

• Experience designing, launching, or governing a graduate, apprenticeship, or trainee programme, including compliance coordination with educational institutions and government bodies.

• Track record of leading complex employee relations casework, restructuring, and organisational change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Experience partnering with or managing relationships with labour unions and employee representative bodies.

• Prior experience working within a regional or global People/HR function, collaborating with peer People Partners across multiple geographies.
Knowledge & Expertise

• Deep, current knowledge of Philippine labor law and regulatory practice.

• Solid understanding of organizational design, workforce planning, and job architecture methodologies.

• Strong grounding in people analytics — comfortable working with workforce data (attrition, engagement, performance, capability) to diagnose root causes and shape leadership decisions.

• Familiarity with performance management, engagement, and leadership development…
