<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>How You Will Make an Impact: </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The <strong>Technician Trainer</strong> is responsible for ensuring the proficiency and expertise of our workforce across all operational areas, including fabrication, production, engine rebuild, repair shop, and field service. This role focuses on onboarding, skill development, and ongoing training to enhance technical competencies, safety adherence, and operational efficiency. The Technician Trainer will work closely with employees across departments to provide hands-on instruction and support, ensuring they excel in their roles and contribute to Atlas Energy Solutions’ high standards of quality and performance. This position will require frequent travel to various locations to continue training and offer on-site support.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Oversee the initial and continuous training for employees across all operational sectors, including fabrication, production, engine rebuild, repair shop, and field service.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and implement comprehensive training programs covering technical skills, product knowledge, safety protocols, and customer service where applicable.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Regularly collaborate with Director, Training & Standards, to evaluate and update training materials and methods based on industry trends, technological advancements, and feedback from employees and supervisors.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with supervisors and managers across departments to assess training effectiveness, identify skill gaps, and implement targeted improvements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning among employees, encouraging collaboration and the exchange of expertise.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct on-site and hands-on training sessions within various operational areas to reinforce best practices and proper procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain expertise in power generation systems, fabrication techniques, mechanical operations, and troubleshooting methods to provide accurate and effective training.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide direct support for employees in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repair equipment, as well as understanding schematics and operational manuals.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Know and comply with all safety policies, standards, and procedures that apply to your job.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Actively participate in all required training and safety meetings.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Use the correct tools and use them safely.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Immediately report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to your supervisor.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Other duties as assigned.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">10-15 years of mechanical experience or the equivalent in professional training is preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to work in various environments, including indoor manufacturing settings and outdoor field service locations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience as a technical trainer or in a similar role with hands-on mechanical expertise.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong technical knowledge and understanding of power generation systems and related equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts clearly.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Read and follow complex directions in manuals and relay…
