To support the continued growth of our three Brazilian subsidiaries, we are seeking an enterprising Regional Manager.

**What does the role involve?**

**Location**: Paulínia, São Paulo, Brazil
**Reports to**: Global Management Team

As Regional Manager Brazil, you will act as the link between our Belgian organisation and our branches in Brazil. You will manage the day-to-day operations of one branch, support its further development and foster collaboration between the various companies.

Your responsibilities:

* You will manage the day-to-day operations and further development of one of our Brazilian branches
* You will optimise processes and coordinate production, quality, logistics and administration.
* You will lead the local team and monitor budgets, KPIs and results.
* You act as the link between the Brazilian branches and the Belgian organisation.
* You foster collaboration and implement group-wide strategies and procedures.
* You oversee strategic projects and support growth and investment initiatives.
* You contribute to the long-term strategy for Brazil.
* You build lasting relationships with customers, partners and government bodies.
