As a **Regional Head of Travel, Health, IT & Cyber**, you will directly contribute to ensuring the performance, governance, and continuous improvement of operations across Northern Europe.

Within the Operations department, you will work in a **multi-country, transformational and operational environment**, driving excellence in service delivery while shaping the future of our Travel, Health, IT & Cyber activities.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Define and execute the regional operational strategy aligned with business objectives
* Drive operational performance by managing KPIs, optimizing processes, and controlling costs
* Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction across all operations
* Lead and develop multi-country teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
* Manage key stakeholders and governance across Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and Business Lines
* Drive transformation initiatives, including digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement
* Build capabilities and develop talent across the region
