Regional Head of Travel, Health, IT and Cyber (m/f/d)

As Regional Head of Travel, Health, IT & Cyber (m/f/d), you will take on a strategic leadership role within our Northern Europe operations. You will work closely with international stakeholders and guide teams to deliver efficient, customer-focused services. In this role, you will combine strategy and hands-on leadership, shape transformation initiatives, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You can expect a dynamic, multi-country environment where you will drive performance, optimize processes, and contribute to building future-ready operations.

Your responsibilities

Defining and implementing the operational strategy
Monitoring and optimizing performance (KPIs, SLAs, quality, cost)
Ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer experience
Leading and developing international operations teams
Driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Establishing governance structures and managing key stakeholders
Managing operational risks and ensuring business continuity
Promoting innovation, automation, and data-driven decision making
Developing talent and critical capabilities across the region
Ensuring compliance with group guidelines and local regulations

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations, including senior leadership roles
Proven experience in operational management within large medical operations teams
Proven experience in managing multi-site / international operations, healthcare services
Demonstrated track record in process optimization and performance improvement
Experience in transformation, digitalization, or change management initiatives
