This leader guides and develops a regional team of Nurse Case Managers, ensuring patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers receive seamless, compassionate, and compliant support throughout the treatment journey.</p> <p>The Regional Director, Patient Access and Education partners closely with Payer Account Management, Hub Operations, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Affairs, and Commercial field leadership to enable effective patient onboarding, prior authorization and access support, infusion education and coordination, and post‑prescribing support. This role drives operational excellence across the care team while maintaining a strong focus on patient experience, access, and ethical conduct.</p> <p>This position is central to translating Dyne’s patient‑centric vision into consistent, high‑quality regional field execution and offers the opportunity to directly impact the experience of patients and families navigating complex rare disease treatment journeys.</p> <p>This is a full-time, US field-based position.</p> <p data-ccp-border-between="0px none #000000" data-ccp-padding-between="0px"> <br><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="Body">Primary Responsibilities include:</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></p> <ul> <li>Leads, coaches, and develops a regional team of field‑based Nurse Case Managers, fostering a high‑performing, patient‑centric culture.</li> <li>Sets regional standards, priorities, and expectations for patient access and education delivery.</li> <li>Owns talent management including hiring, onboarding, performance management, development planning, and succession readiness.</li> <li>Owns regional execution of Dyne’s patient access and education strategy across the full patient journey, from onboarding through ongoing therapy support.</li> <li>Establishes and optimizes regional processes for coverage determination, prior authorization, appeals, reimbursement navigation, and therapy initiation.</li> <li>Ensures effective education and coordination models for infusion providers and infusion nurses supporting Dyne therapies.</li> <li>Serves as the regional escalation leader for complex patient access challenges, driving timely, patient‑focused resolution of barriers to therapy.</li> <li>Leads regional collaboration with Payer Account Management, Hub Operations, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to align patient support strategies and execution.</li> <li>Provides regional insights, access trends, and operational learnings to inform national patient services strategy and program evolution.</li> <li>Builds and maintains strong relationships with healthcare providers, infusion centers, and specialty pharmacy partners.</li> <li>Owns regional performance metrics related to patient onboarding, time to therapy, reimbursement outcomes, and patient experience.</li> <li>Uses data and insights to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and enhanced patient outcomes.</li> <li>Maintains deep knowledge of rare disease treatment pathways and payer dynamics to proactively adapt regional…
