About this role
Job Purpose
To support Recruitment Consultants in sourcing, engaging, and coordinating trades and labour candidates while ensuring accurate labour management through ATS systems, control sheets, and availability tracking.
Key Duties
Sourcing & Recruitment Support
Source candidates using job boards, social media, advertising campaigns, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening and qualification of candidates.
Support consultants with shortlisting and preparing candidates for client submission.
Assist with recruitment campaigns and bulk hiring drives.
ATS & Data Management
Maintain consistent and accurate candidate records within the ATS.
Update candidate status, compliance documents, and communication logs.
Monitor ATS dashboards and action items to ensure timely follow-up.
Report on weekly pipeline activity and candidate availability.
Labour Management
Maintain and update the trades control sheet daily.
Produce weekly availability lists for internal teams.
Ensure all worker movements (starts, finishes, extensions) are logged.
Track compliance checks, right-to-work, and document expiry dates.
Administration & Compliance
Handle timesheet queries and submissions.
Process GDPR and compliance documentation.
Provide general administrative support to consultants.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in IT systems and willingness to learn ATS processes
Team player with a proactive attitude
