This position gives a newcomer immediate, high-volume exposure to operational logistics, fast-paced client requirements, and essential industry compliance. _____ About this role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, a coordinator will manage administrative bottlenecks so our recruiters can focus on client acquisition and placement to scale the business. You will be screening CVs, sourcing candidates, placing job adverts, managing our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), assisting with onboarding for agency workers, and providing the recruitment team with administrative support. Requirements The successful applicant To thrive in this position, you need a strong mix of administrative and interpersonal skills: Work Ethic: A strong work ethic is the most critical soft skill for success in high-volume recruitment and staffing roles. You will need to demonstrate discipline, adaptability and integrity within this position. Organisation & Time Management: The ability to juggle multiple job vacancies, shifting interview schedules, and changing priorities. Communication skills: Clear and professional communication is vital when interacting with candidates, senior executives, and hiring managers. Systems: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workable) and Customer Relationship Management (e.g., Vincere) is preferred.
