We're looking for a motivated Consultant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employer enquiries from Social Media Funnel on the company’s platform.
Understand each employer's requirements and recommend suitable candidates from our proprietary AI database.
Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their suitability.
Coordinate interviews between employers and candidates.
Achieve monthly placement and conversion targets.
Requirements
Must posses Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) (Basic) license or be keen to undergo training to attain CEI license quickly
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand employer requirements and match suitable candidates.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Experience working in an employment agency.
Experience using CRM or applicant tracking systems.
