As a Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities are:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job brief to candidate selection.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
* Source and attract candidates using various channels and tools.
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for roles.
* Provide clients with expert advice on market trends and recruitment strategies.
* Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and client interactions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Deliver excellent service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
