* Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels.
* Screen and shortlist applicants based on job requirements.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
* Maintain and update recruitment databases and records.
* Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Provide support in contract preparation and onboarding processes.
* Collaborate with the HR team to meet recruitment goals.
* Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
