As a Recruiter/Consultant your responsibilities are:

* Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels.
* Conducting interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
* Building strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
* Creating and managing job postings to attract qualified candidates.
* Providing advice and guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintaining accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the database.
* Ensuring compliance with all recruitment policies and industry regulations.
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team and individual targets.
