Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Experience which has demonstrated the ability to manage business activities. Two years of progressively responsible administrative, professional, technical, or other work that provided a general knowledge of management principles and practices. Experience in operation and management Services activity or other operation in business resale and funds management is preferred. Knowledge of retail sales, purchasing, inventory control, marketing/advertising is a plus. Must have experience in budgeting and be able to interpret such data. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
