We’re hiring a driven, competitive intern to help source real estate deals, connect with buyers and sellers, and learn how deals are built from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:
Assist with outreach to property owners, buyers, and investors
Help qualify opportunities and identify deal potential
Support pipeline management and CRM tracking
Participate in daily training and team strategy sessions
What We’re Looking For:
College student interested in real estate or sales
Motivated, self-starter, and eager to learn
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $2,000 - $7,000 On Target Earnings
