Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.
We are looking for a Development Manager to join our Real Estate Development team. Reporting to the Development Director and based at our HQ in Athens, the role will be responsible for managing and overseeing residential developments from concept design through permitting, detailed design, procurement, construction support and handover. The Development Manager will collaborate closely with the Design, Project Management, and Sales & Marketing teams to oversee project progress. This role involves facilitating effective decision-making, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring that projects stay aligned with approved programs, budgets, quality standards, and overall business objectives.

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee residential development projects throughout all stages of delivery, ensuring successful execution against agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards and project objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams and key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, coordination and decision-making.
Prepare, maintain and monitor development appraisals, business plans, budgets and financial forecasts, providing accurate reporting and insights to senior management.
Manage design coordination activities, working closely with the Design and Project Management teams and external consultants to ensure alignment between design vision, technical requirements, commercial objectives and customer expectations.
Oversee permitting processes by coordinating with consultants, internal teams and relevant authorities to ensure timely progress and resolution of key issues.
Support procurement and construction activities, ensuring delivery remains aligned with approved design intent, budget requirements and development objectives. Manage external advisors and consultants, reviewing deliverables and ensuring quality, program and cost objectives are achieved.
Identify project risks, proactively address challenges and support the successful delivery of key development milestones, ensuring alignment with project schedules, financial objectives, specifications and quality standards.
Contribute to the optimization and evolution of residential products by incorporating market insights, customer feedback, sales strategy and operational requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate or a related discipline.
7-10 years of professional experience in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
Proven experience managing complex development projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the full development delivery process, including design coordination, permitting, procurement and construction phases.
Ability to review and challenge technical, design and construction proposals.
Strong project management, numerical and reporting skills, with experience managing budgets and forecasts.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent command of the English language.
Experience in high-end residential or mixed-use developments will be considered an advantage.
