As a **Rate Management Specialist,** you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient pricing processes that power our global operations. You’ll manage customer contracts, tariffs, and costing data across our systems, enabling seamless auto-rating and auto-costing and supporting our journey toward full digitalization.

Your key responsibilities as a **Rate Management Specialist**:

* Ensure timely and accurate data-input of rates and costs * Manage automated rate and costing processes, including integration with tools * Partner closely with commercial and operational teams to understand customer needs and ensure correct and efficient rate implementation. * Assess local impacts of global customer accounts * Analyze rate and cost accuracy, identify optimization opportunities, and drive enhancements in automation and digitalization. * Investigate and resolve system-related issues across rate management platforms, including CW1, RMS, Cargosphere, and other local tools.
