This company (re)packs and stores **frozen and refrigerated food products** for numerous European companies. They do this for each customer. By 2027, the company aims to have 300+ employees working on 25 000 unique packaging assignments. As a **Quality Controller**, you work closely with the quality and production teams to ensure that our products not only meet the strictest standards, but also end up on store shelves with pride.

* 80% inspections on the workfloor/production <> 20% desk work (registration/documentation of performed checks) * **Visual inspections** of packaging and labeling * Monitoring **quality standards** and improving them where possible * Providing support during **audits or certifications** (BRC, IFS, Organic, customer audits...) * Coaching among employees to strengthen **quality awareness**
